Enoch Blunt Sr. was born on August 16,1934, the fifth child of Bertha and Mannie Blunt, Sr. in Fairfield, Florida. He attended Clarksville school in Flemington Florida.
Enoch was united in holy matrimony to Mary Helen Jackson on July 7, 1956 and to this union were born three daughters and six sons.
Enoch worked at Micanopy crate mill, helped build mobile homes and when he came home, he would always go straight to his field to farm. He loved farming and growing fresh vegetables. He farmed until he was no longer able to tend to the field.
Mr. Enoch Blunt transitioned to eternal rest on September 22, 2025.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his beautiful and devoted wife; Mary Helen Blunt, three daughters; Sandra Cooper, Avis Blunt Belvin( Louis), Tangie Blunt( Ike), and bonus daughter; Vicky Collins(James), six sons; Kenneth Glenn( Whilemenia(deceased), Patrick Blunt( Debra), Dexter Blunt, Enoch Blunt Jr. ( deceased), Alvin Blunt (Syphia), Mirreo Blunt (Veronica), twenty-nine grandchildren, fifty-eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; brothers, Paul Blunt, William Blunt, Matthew Blunt, Hurlee Blunt (Joyce) ; sisters, Rilla Kitchen, Doretha Few, Irene Blunt; two sister in- laws, Beatrice Williams( Clarence) and Dwanette Dillworth( Ronald) and special niece, Dorothy Blunt and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing for Mr. Enoch Blunt Sr. will be on Friday October 3, 2025 at Clark Funeral Home, 434 NW Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Ocala, Florida, 34475 from 12pm to 5pm.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, October4,2025 at Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 10215 NW 177th Place, Flemington, Florida at 12noon.
