Roscoe McIntosh transitioned to his heavenly home on November 28, 2025.
Roscoe McIntosh was born on January 8,1932 in Vidalia, Georgia to Robert McIntosh and Annie (Raiford) McIntosh. His mother died when Roscoe was very young and he was raised by his eldest sister, Marie, whom he loved dearly.
Roscoe did not have a formal education, but from an early age, he was known to be a very hard worker. Whether working in the orange groves, peanut fields or okra patches, Roscoe was dependable and joyful. He loved the Lord, music and his family. He would often be heard singing hymns or playing a musical instrument. Music was his way of praising and showing his love for the Lord. All who knew him, knew that he played a mean harmonica.
Roscoe McIntosh was preceded in death his parents; Robert and Annie McIntosh, his wife; Estelle (Johnson) McIntosh, and his siblings; Marie McIntosh Mosey Smith, Pernella McIntosh Woods, Ruby Lee McIntosh Dawson, Minnie McIntosh Dickerson, Ronnie McIntosh, Illie McIntosh Sr., Vasco McIntosh, and John Dale McIntosh.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of mourning friends.
