James Vereen

James St. Clair Vereen- On February 2, 2014, God dispatched his Angels to earth to carry James home to eternal rest. James St. Clair Vereen was born on February 27, 1969 to Clara Duncan and the late John C. Vereen in Ocala,Fl. James was married in holy matrimony to Stephanie Vereen on September 1,1996.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife, Stephanie Vereen; children, Jaden Vereen, Shakera Vereen, Jasmen Vereen, Oliver Vereen, and James Vereen, Jr; stepchildren; Keosha Steward and Garland Steward; mother, Clara Duncan ; stepmother, Mildred Harvey; mother-in-law, Lillie Pearl Crews; brothers and sisters; Hubert Sesler (Chimere), John C. Vereen, Jr., Christine Zellers, Annette Cook( Pastor Sam), Willie Harvey( Alise), Gloria Stephens ( Ronald), Florrie Merkinson (Pastor Ambrose), Pastor Calvin Harvey (Deidre), Maybellene Vereen; Sister-in-law; Bobby Crews, Sherry Crews, Tameka Crews, and Bertic Vereen; brothers-in-law, Bobby Crews, Wade Crews and Greg Crews, Bestfriend, Oras McDonald, special cousin; Joseph Crowell Jr., aunts and uncles; Minister Jimmy Atkins ( Marcia), Oris Atkins ( Shirley),Margaret Atkins ( Leroy), Diane Pinder, Pastor Gloria Smith ( Dea. Craig), Willie Ray Atkins and a host sorrowing family and friends.
Visitation for Mr. James Vereen will be on Friday February 14, 2014 from 10 am to 5pm at The New Cunningham Funeral Home. A wake service will be held in The Chapel Of Faith at The New Cunningham Funeral Home at 434 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Ave in Ocala, on February 14, 2014 from 6 pm to 7pm.
Funeral services for Mr. James Vereen will be held on Saturday February 15, 2014 at 2pm at House of God Church, 2830 NW 27 th Ave in Ocala. Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Gardens.
